Hi there! I hope you are all doing great! Today I will be making some low carb, keto crackers. These are made with avocado and Parmesan cheese and are delicious. They are also very easy to make! If you scroll to the bottom of the description box you will find the nutrition information but there are less than 1 gram net carbs.
These crackers are delicious wether you are on a recipe or not! Enjoy guys!

Low carb cracker recipe -
Makes 24 crackers
1 large, ripe avocado (about 1 1/2 cups of mashed)
3/4 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Line two cookies sheets with silicon mats or parchment pape
