It would also go really well as an additional appetizer in my Easter Lunch Menu I posted last weekend! ENJOY! xx Easter Lunch Menu Video (in case you missed it!) ASPARAGUS TART RECIPE makes 9 squares INGREDIENTS:: 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry 1 bunch asparagus 1/3 cup (25g) Gruyere Cheese, shredded Olive oil, drizzle Salt and Pepper to taste METHOD: Preheat oven to 400F (200C) Roll out seams from puff pastry with a rolling pin. Score a 1/2 inch crust around the perimeter. Prick the dough with a fork. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 400F 15 mins. Then add Gruyere Cheese to the top. Trim the asparagus (trimmed to the size of the interior of the tart) toss with a drizzle of olive oil, Salt, and Pepper. Place asparagus on top of the cheese. Bake again 400F 10 mins.
