Battlefield 4 FATAL BUG DETECTED see description

We have one guy shooting me with deagle dealing 90 dmg to me. On my screen it clearly showed that I got shot, however my health remains 100(in fact i got hit from others’ perspectives). Next guy using m16 shot my leg and ’one shot killed’ me. Put it simply, there are a lot of times where dmg is not reflected client side, thus players are not aware that they are actually about to die, causing one shot kills.
