Diversity, inclusion and cultures bring people together and creates a safe and growing environment. Being the president of the largest Hispanic organization in Kentucky is a big responsibility and a honor and sharing the idea that being inclusive, diverse and multicultural is an advantage, a positive and beneficial aspect for ourselves and our society.
