BLOOD SIMPLE (1984) Fake Trailer first Coen brothers movie

Bruce Campbell as the victim (Marty) in the original 1984 fake trailer of Ethan und Joel Coen’s BLOOD SIMPLE. Bruce never starred in the film and the trailer is more “Evil Deadish“ than the actual film. They even used the typical “The Evil Dead“ ram-o-cam, the background noise (wind) and the kandarian demon noise for the trailer to sell the movie (marketing gag). I think the trailer was directed by the Coen Brothers and by Sami Raimi
