How to Import an HTML Email Template to Zoho Campaigns

Email builder: Article: Hello and welcome to the Postcards app. In this tutorial video, I’ll demonstrate how effortlessly you can import your email templates to your Zoho account using our one-click integration. Let’s begin by opening the newsletter we’ve been working on. In my instance, I’ll select the first one listed. After tailoring this newsletter to my preferences, I’m set to export it to my Zoho account. To do this, I’ll navigate to the top right and select the “export“ option. From there, I’ll choose “integrations.“ Upon clicking “integrations,“ a pop-up window will appear, showcasing our one-click integration solutions. For the purpose of this video, we aim to transfer the template directly to my Zoho campaigns account. Thus, I’ll select “Zoho.“ Following this action, another window will prompt us to sign into our Zoho account. Once signed in, a screen will ask if we wish to authorize the connection between Postcards and our Zoho account. Let’s proceed by clicking “accept.“ Upon accepting, we’ll notice that Postcards has seamlessly transferred our template into the Zoho campaigns account. There’s a hyperlink provided which, when clicked, directs us straight to our Zoho account. Here, we can observe the recently imported template, aptly named “Newsletter One.“ Clicking on it reveals the newsletter, and you’ll see it’s an exact replica of what we crafted in the Postcards app. The integration is both flawless and efficient. That’s the simplicity of importing your email templates to your Zoho account using our one-click integration. Thank you for watching, and I look forward to seeing you in our next video.
