DIY Routed MDF 2 Way Bookshelf Speakers

Finally had the time to upload the long overdue DIY project. The “DIY MDF Table Saw“ was put into action cutting 3/4“ MDF board. Another DIY tool that was put into action was the D“IY Palm Router Circle Cutting Jig for Cutting Small Holes“. Wouldn’t do any projects cutting holes without it. Edge rounding was also a breeze using the DCA palm router. Sheet sander also did helped a lot in sanding from grit 80, 120, and 240 sandpapers. The First plan was to paint the enclosures using an automotive paint but would require enormous amount of lacquer thinner to thin the sticky, volatile automotive lacquer paint. So
