This video is about exercises that students can do in their own dorm rooms. The basic work out consists of 2 minutes of cardio and 8 minutes of training. It’s up to you how much you want to spend on arms, chest, core, legs, or whatever else you have in mind. What’s nice about bodyweight exercises is that you can do them anytime anywhere in the comfort of your home or at a gym.
