(with angel wings) is written underneath in a font so small you must bring your face inches from the door to read it. You pull open the portal and step into the gallery. 13 spotlit photos stretch out before you in a long hall. As you approach each photo a song starts playing from unknown sources. Each picture has its own soundtrack. The photos are taken by Francesca Woodman, an American photographer active during the 1970s and up until her passing in 1982. Francesca was an inspiration and pioneer in surrealist photography. Unfortunately, she never got to see her work get the recognition it deserves.
