We only see a photographers best photos. At my recent Cameras Don’t Take Pictures seminar / photowalk in London someone asked how many images I shoot vs how many I show. Great question. We only show our best photography. We don’t see how long it took, how many times a location was revisited or subsequent frames of the same image which didn’t work.
We don’t get to hear the photographer’s thoughts either. I want to show you my 10 favourite CDTP images, share my thinking when I shot them and explain why some pretty good images didn’t make the final cut.
