Mr. Prasad shares how #freighters have immense scope to penetrate into tier two cities at lower operational costs. He further commented that in terms of #domestic cargo #GDP is very bullish and typically with #growing GDP new #opportunities are coming up. Another observation that he shared from the domestic #air #cargo sector was to look at the movement of #perishables and #agro #produce through smaller #aircrafts from tier 2 and 3 cities. This would give the new freighters an opportunity to operate in these regions. Lastly he also spoke about how #air #transport mode is better equipped for goods movement in #geographically unfavourable and remote locations of the #country.
