’I was a quarter-inch from death’ says defiant Trump in first speech since assassination attempt
Donald Trump appeared unshaken on Thursday night as he spoke for the first time since being shot in the ear by a would-be assassin last week.
The former president said he “shouldn’t be here“ after the horror assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, telling the crowd that he was a “quarter inch from death.“
