ABOUT THE SPEAKERS ​​​​​​​James Cridland James is a radio futurologist - a writer, consultant and public speaker on radio’s future, and has worked in radio since 1989. He is Managing Editor of , a daily podcast newsletter, and runs , the media information website. He is one of the organisers of Next Radio, the UK radio ideas conference each September, and has worked with the world’s largest radio conference, Radiodays Europe, since its inception.​​​​​​​ Jonathan Lumley With seven of his 20 years’ media experience specialising in on-air Radio promotions, Jonathan has been instrumental in implementing several “world firsts” in radio competitions while working in promotions for two of the largest regional brands in South Africa. ​​​​​​
