VA-11 HALL-A is a “Cyberpunk Bartending Action“ game and today I’m recreating 3 of the drinks that appear in the game. Grab your mirror shades, we’re off to Glitch City. It’s the year 20XX and life in Glitch City is hot. Alice-Rabbit is hacking the White Knights for all of us and the nanomachines are busy in our blood- at the end of the day it’s time to cool off with a drink in your favorite hole in the wall dive bar: VA-11 HALL-A, otherwise known as Valhalla. Drinks from this game have been requested a lot around here, and I’m glad to finally be getting to make them. There are a TON of original cocktails named in here though, so there’s no way I can do them all- I’m tackling three: The Cobalt Velvet, the Suplex, and the Flaming Moai. Get your shakers and karmotrine ready, let’s do it. Cobalt Velvet • .5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Blue Curaçao • 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. gin • 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Vodka • Shake & Strain • Top with Grapefruit Soda
