NYPL - SNFL (Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library)

Truly a dream come true to fly inside this space. To say there was a ton of backend work would be an understatement. We literally got approved 5pm the day before the shoot! I wouldnt trade it for anything as its very unlikely I’ll get the opportunity any time soon as its now fully open to the public. If you can’t make it, well at least you can enjoy this little tour... The New York Public Library’s largest circulating branch—the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library (SNFL) is open to the public after undergoing a full-scale renovation. Located at the site of the former Mid-Manhattan Library, the new, state-of-the-art library features eight floors of amenities and services, including four floors of general collections and reading rooms, thanks to a generous gift from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and support by the City.
