’We’ve lost hope in Netanyahu’, Israel’s streets on fire as protesters demand hostages release

Scuffles erupted at a Tel Aviv protest on Saturday (April 27) as angry Israelis blocked the main highway in the city, demanding a deal to secure the immediate release of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. Protesters lit bonfires and walked towards the main highway in Tel Aviv, while chanting “Bring them all back home“. Around 250 Israelis and foreigners were taken hostage during the terrorist Hamas assault, which killed some 1,200 people, according to Israeli tallies, in the deadliest single attack in Israel’s history.
