Cars and buses smashed in aftermath of cavalry horses escape in central London

People were injured, cars were smashed and police were at the scene after horses from the Household Cavalry escaped in central London. It is unclear how the horses escaped and were seen galloping across the centre of the capital. The army confirmed that all the horses had since been rounded up and returned to barracks.
