How did a 21 year old Airman get access to classified information?

An Air Force 3D1X2 – CYBER TRANSPORT SYSTEMS AFSC requires passing a security clearance background check because the airman might encounter classified information while servicing networks or systems inside of a SCIF. SCIF stands for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility and is normally where secret information is stored or viewed. One additional note, HIPAA stands for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 - which is a US Federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge. So a hospital janitor receiving HIPAA training because they might encounter patient information is a pretty good analogy. For uncensored video, check out my substack at: Like my shirts?
