JUMBO 5 - semi-automatic PET blow moulding machine.

Jumbo is a semi-automatic PET blow moulding machine, designed to produce bottles 0,25 - 6 l. Each set is made up of two components: bottle blower and infrared type preform reheater. Epecially designed preform heating system ensures the optimal heating effect for thick-wall preforms. Fan cooling system keeps constant temperature in the oven. Jumbo is easy to operate and maintenance - equipped in an advanced PLC control system and built-in memory for storing bottle blowing parameters. Prime brand components are used: Festo, Mitsubishi, Balluff, Hitachi, Toshiba, Coax, Rexroth, Kobold This system provides a low cost performance, reliability, operator-friendliness, simple installation and start-up.
