SORRY This is a Russian Soviet animation done in style of Beatles’ animation in Magical Mystery Tour, Yellow Submarine etc. You can clearly see the style is copied one to one. Whats also special about this cartoon is that it is one of the first of the many cartoons that started to appear on Television in 70s USSR that used synthesizer and electronic music .
