Potholes - Bad Intersection ! This is a bad intersection that has many huge potholes . This is one of our busiest intersections on the east side of Saint Paul Minnesota . This could or maybe is the worst multiple pothole damage in the metro area seen so far . This 2014 season may be a record high for the cost of repairs due to freeze and thawing cycles this year .
