Cargo Ship Arvin sinks in the Black Sea while at anchor
Ukrainian cargo ship M/V Arvin with an IMO Number of 8874316 broke into two and eventually sank while being at anchored on the 17th of January
The 46 year old cargo ship decided to drop her anchor at Bartin Anchorage in the Black Sea in an attempt to take shelter from the storm.
However, the heavy waves and strong winds broke her in half killing six out of 15 crew members on board.
