Laos: Chinese and Russian foreign ministers meet during ASEAN Forum

The Russian and Chinese Foreign Ministers met in Vientiane, Laos, on Monday, on the side-lines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Regional Forum.
