8th Annual Cigar Box Guitar Blues Festival 2021 - Hwy 61 Roadhouse in St Louis MO - Deak Harp

Once again, we had a fantastic time at the annual Cigar Box Guitar festival hosted by the Hwy 61 Roadhouse and Kitchen in Webster Groves. (St. Louis) These festivals are so encouraging to me. The music is awesome. The people here are awesome. The food is amazing. If you EVER are in the area when one of these are going on, make an effort to stop by. You will have a good time! This years guest was Deak Harp from Clarksdale, Mississippi. I really enjoyed listening to him. As you can probably tell from different parts of this video, Deak was getting folks up and moving. The groove was tight, and his harmonica (harp) playing was spot on. Thanks for coming up and entertaining us, Deak! Sadly, I still missed some really cool stuff and bands. My back was acting up at different times, and I had to take a few breaks out in the car throughout the day. I’m really sorry if I didn’t get you in the video.
