“Stay at home“ will be replaced in Scotland by guidance to “stay local“ for at least three weeks from April 2, Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed. Early April will also see a wave of students returning to the classroom, the First Minister has confirmed. The phase reopening of non-essential retail will begin from April 5, starting with homeware, garden centres and car showrooms. Hairdressers and barbers can also reopen from that date.
