How to Fix Video Stuttering in Google Chrome (Easy!)

Hi all, this was an issue I had been having, and when I resolved the issue, it was such a relief. Watching multiple videos in Chrome would cause them all to slow to a chug, but turning off hardware acceleration completely fixed the issue for me. Thanks for watching!
