The First Long Cycle Wold Championship took place in Saint Petersburg in 1998. Kettlebell lifters from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Litva, Tatarstan gathered together to set new records. 60 kg weight category / 32 kg kettlebells / 10 min time limit 1st place - Master of Sport International Class Sergey Kirillov (58 reps - World Record) 2nd place - Master of Sport International Class Arkadiy Semyonov (48 reps) 3rd place - Master of Sport International Class Sergey Sergeyev (42 reps)
