Have you heard of Korean soft tofu stew also known as sundubu jjigae? Did you know that it’s actually super easy to make and also VERY delicious? This is definitely a huge comfort food of mine and I love eating it with a bowl of rice. You’ll find that you won’t be able to stop eating it... :)
VEGAN SOFT TOFU STEW RECIPE
Ingredients (for around 3-4 servings) -
6-10 pieces of dried kelp (or you can use kelp powder, see below)
around 2 cups of water (or veggie broth if you’re not using kelp)
