INGREDIENTS:
• 1 can coconut milk, full-fat
• 2 tsp matcha green tea powder ()
• 1 tbsp agave syrup
• 50g dark chocolate, melted
• 40g pistachios, chopped ()
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Blend the coconut milk, matcha powder, and agave syrup until well combined.
2. Pour into your popsicle molds.
3. Place in the freezer to firm up for 1 hour.
4. Remove from the freezer and add in the wooden sticks.
5. Return to the freezer for 5 hours until completely firm.
