Flat VS Conical Burrs for Espresso - The Turin Showdown

Well less of a showdown, and more of a comparison between the two. It has been a long time since I have done a side by side shot of espresso on a conical as well as a flat burr. Today I used the DF64V from Turin, as well as the SK40, also from Turin. I watched a video the other day comparing the Niche Zero to a flat burr and they said they taste almost the same. I say that video is wildly wrong! I could pick these out in a blind test any day of the week. Not saying one is better than the other, because they both have specific beans and brew methods which they will excel at. They both deserve a place on my coffee bar!
