Collective film. The ultimate happening film, created by a group of ABCinema members during a tent camp at Randbøl Hede in the summer of 1969. One of the members of the collective, Henning Christiansen, describes the film as follows: To love a tree - To smash a tree - To burn a tree - The tree as an antenna - The tree as a battering ram - The sea set on fire by a Molotov cocktail - Strawberries smashed on a bleeding chest - The wind and the violin - Singing people on the heath - Mummy on the heath - A naked woman in front of the chapel crucifix - Crowd of people - The roar of the Cessna plane - The roar of the ship - Cars racing past - Church bells and organ music. She undresses and enters the film. Disappears without a trace in the religious-poetic sphere, which is heavily held in check by the normality in us. The Passion Play seeks to use our real possibilities to touch those areas in us that border on the desperate, the deep calm, the ritual fetishism.
