Notes for a Time/Bank (2012) Julieta Aranda and Anton Vidokle

’Notes for a Time/Bank’ reflects on the historical, political, and anthropological conditions that make alternative economies such as time banking necessary. The ten chapters of the video include original footage shot at historic utopian communities in America, interviews with Franco Berardi Bifo, and extensive commentary by the artists. ’Notes for a Time/Bank’ is a collaboration between Julieta Aranda and Anton Vidokle, made specially for their participation in dOCUMENTA 12.
