Belt wrestling will be one of six new sports making their debut at the Univeristy games in Kazan in two years time. Also known as kuresh, this sport may be little known to the world outside, but it is actually centuries old and has been passed down from generation to generation in the republic of Tatarstan, where Kazan is the capital.
