Come join the party! January 2022 TOUR tickets are on sale now at:
Live from Basel’s popular AVO SESSION festival (now known as Baloise Session) on October 22, 2011, Portland, Oregon’s “little orchestra“ Pink Martini plays their original instrumental showpiece, “The Flying Squirrel“, written by bandleader Thomas M. Lauderdale and Pink Martini trombonist Robert Taylor. Not featured on any studio album, the song is a highlight of the band’s live shows, where it features several of the band’s talented instrumentalists in solos. Featuring Jeffrey Budin on trombone, Gavin Bondy on trumpet, Dan Faehnle on guitar, Phil Baker on bass, and Brian Davis on drums. This performance is a special delight, with lead singer Storm Large heading into the audience to dance with the fans.
