Coming home for Willow Lake Métis Nation

The community of Willow Lake Métis Nation has been a landless community since it was formed near Anzac, Alta. Thanks to revenue from a partnership with Suncor and seven other Indigenous communities in the area, it was able to purchase its first piece of land, giving the community a place to call home.
