Building the Myfordboy Steam Engine Part 2 Flywheel

The video shows how the flywheel is turned from a zinc/aluminium casting. This material turns very well and can be given a mirror finish if required. It is also heavy so makes a good flywheel. I have castings and plans for sale to build this engine. Details are at
