Delta Police Chief Neil Dubord and Mayor George Harvie did not provide new information about the murder of Bikramdeep Randhawa, 29, who was shot inside his car just outside the Scottsdale mall parking lot at 72nd Avenue and 120th Street. The chief also urged members of the public to submit any video or photo evidence they might have directly to the Delta Police website. __
