Russia has flaunted its newest intercontinental ballistic missile - The RS-28 Sarmat or ’Satan II’. Russia’s strategic missile forces commander General Sergei Karakaev claimed that no existing or future anti-ballistic missile system can stop RS-28 Sarmat. The Sarmat is a three-stage, liquid-fuelled missile with a range of 18,000 kilometres.
