In this case the patient has two impacted upper canines and one transmigrated lower canine. First, create spaces for spontaneous eruption by open coil springs. Later, perform full-thickness flap to access the transmigrated tooth and remove the bone around the crown and in the traction path with a bur. The force system generated by the 3D-lever arm and miniscrew successfully brought the tooth into occlusal surface. 這個案例中患者上顎有兩顆阻生的犬齒，下顎有一顆游離牙。首先透過open coil springs打開空間，讓牙齒自然萌發。之後再透過手術將游離牙黏上矯正器，透過3D-lever arm和橡皮筋連結骨釘，成功將牙齒拉至咬合面。
