The World at Your Feet: Episode 6 - 19th Century François Pinet Boots

The Bata Shoe Museum is very excited to open “Fashion Victims: The Pleasures and Perils of Dress in the 19th Century“ on June 18th, 2014. In anticipation of this exciting exhibition, this month our Senior Curator Elizabeth Semmelhack will be highlighting one of the exceptional artefacts from this exhibit - a beautiful 19th century boot by Francois Pinet.
