You will need this later. To make shirataki noodles, begin by pouring 1 cup cool water into a bowl. Mix dry ingredients together well. Pour dry ingredients over the cool water. WHISK fast until mixture has no lumps and starts to form a slightly firm, bouncy gel (typically 45-60 seconds). Quickly put gel mixture into pasta press and squeeze until noodles start to come out the die holes of the pasta press. Go over to the pot of simmering water and squirt shirataki noodles into the water. Cut noodles off the end of the pasta press at your desired noodle lengths or simply wait until they are done and cut them then. Boil noodles for 5 to 10 minutes. NOTE: While noodles are boiling, take your mixing bowl over to the sink and fill it with hot water and then put all the utensils in the bowl so the gel remnants will come off easier later. Do not put this water down the drain. Strain the gel bits via a strainer and put them in the trash. Remove/drain the shirataki noodles and rinse with some cold water. Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy. _________________________________________________________ Affiliate Links To Products I Mention In My Videos: Nutricost Glucomannan powder: Now Glucomannan powder: Konjac Foods Glucomannan powder: Herbal Island Glucomannan powder: Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime: Nice 5-Star Wire Wisk: Pasta Pronto Press: Stainless Steel Potato Ricer:
