Movement Test- Charlie Chimp

Charlie’s got a few issues that need to be worked out. One of his valves is completely frozen, none of his head movements work except head L/R and jaw (tubes were crimped, need to be replaced, and his eye mech is all sorts of jammed up), one of his arm cylinders isn’t working correctly, etc. Like Tex S, a few of his movements are variable like his head tilt and arm up movements, and those can’t be manually tested. Bobby removed his eye mech and I took it home to rebuild it.
