Hearts of Oak - Pre-Alpha Stress Test 3 - Ship Battles in Weather

At the suggestion of some viewers we have added some weather effects to the level to try and push the limits. I jump in game to force it to put the most load on the system and the result is a slight jitter to start but it smooths out later once the ships are no longer colliding as much.
