San Diego: SWAT Standoff With Murder Suspect 2/25/2018

DATE/TIME OF INCIDENT: 2-25-18 am LOCATION 1: Midway Dr. Behind the Vons Shopping Center CITY: San Diego INCIDENT DETAILS: An off-duty San Diego County Sheriff Deputy said he heard 2 shots, look down from his patio and saw a male chasing two other males. One of those men fell between two cars, and the shooter stood above the victim, fired another shot and executed the victim. The suspect then got into a vehicle and fled.
