“Evangelion“ OP for the “Friday Road Show“ on NTV (2009)

See also: Japan’s NTV has a weekend movie slot called “Friday Road Show“ that usually has different animated intro/openings (many from Studio Ghibli). Here is one featuring the Angels from Neon Genesis Evangelion movies (and Rei). On August 26, the Friday Road Show broadcasted a TV version of Evangelion 2.0: as well as back in 2009:
