2 Lambs on a Unique Spit in the City of Shusha! Azerbaijani pilaf in the mountains

I cooked delicious lambs and national pilaf in the amazing world-famous Jidir Plain with the utmost feel of honor and dignity! Today I visited beautiful Shusha for the first time after liberation. Having suffered from 28 years of violence, abuse, neglect by the aggressors, the city is thirsty for attention and development. Seeing amazing Shusha free and fresh again means a priceless satisfaction and honor to every Azerbaijani so, to me. Home to many world-famous artists, poets, musicians such as Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Bulbul, Rashid Behbudov, Khurshidbanu Natavan, Mir Mohsun Navvab, Gasim bey Zakir, Suleyman Sani Akhundov, Shusha is and has always been the cultural center of Azerbaijan. Located at an altitude of 1,400-1,600 meters above sea level, Shusha stands out for its natural beauty, ancient monuments, distinguished cultural icons, libraries, and art houses. 28 years of longing was put to an end and the city is ready to flourish again. In the memory of the ones who sacrificed their lives. May God bless their souls and families.
