Making a Cherry Burl mallet

While at the WIA show in Kansas city this year, i visited the Blue Spruce tool works booth and fell in love with their mallets. The guy was telling me they stabilize the wood making them more dense and last longer, so i remembered i had some cherry burl and a stabilizing chamber, the rest is history.
