Guitar tab and blog: Dreamscapes is sparse fingerstyle guitar piece by multi-instrumentalist composer, Gustavo Santaolalla. This motif is from the soundtrack of Dear Child (Liebes Kind) a German thriller series on Netflix. The limited series is about a 13 year-old missing persons case being reopened when a woman is struck by a car, in a German forest at night. The woman is accompanied by a mysterious little girl who leads investigators into a multi-layered mystery. The music is by Gustavo Santaolalla and Juan Luqui. While it’s mostly eerie textural soundscapes, the soundtrack does feature a couple of guitar performances by Gustavo that are quite pretty.
