Hair Sense (1946)

Titles read: “HAIR SENSE“. London, probably Pathe Studio. Theatrical hair stylist Hilda Fox shows us the right and wrong hairdos for three different women with different face shapes. The first girl is seen combing her long hair, with a rolled fringe at the front, before a mirror. Hilda gives her a swept-up hairdo with a bun on top to even out her low brow. The next girl admires her own swept-up hairdo, then Hilda gives her a ’hair down’ style that looks better. The last girl combs her ’updo’ but Hilda gives her another ’down’ style, to balance her pointed chin. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
