Quick L/S pan across a group of stars posing with Secretary of US Treasury Henry Morgenthau - those recognised by this cataloguer are Greer Garson, James Cagney, Ann Rutherford, Irene Dunne, Hedy Lamarr, Ann Sothern (?), Ginny Sims (?), Larry Adler (?). Morgenthau makes a speech (not heard) then we see Greer Garson signing charity autographs. Elsewhere, bandleader Kay Kyser and Hedy Lamarr sit at a table and sign autographs.
